Pulse Technology Billing Policy

BILLING POLICY

Usage of Pulse Technology products and services constitutes customer's acceptance of the Pulse Technology LLC billing policy. All customers must comply with this billing policy.

Customers are required to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to charge for recurring monthly subscription fees, SMS service fees and storage fees.

Subscription billing is based on the availability of products and services, not based on usage. However, certain fees may be usage-based such as SMS, and additional storage space.

Customers are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current.

All recurring subscriptions are automatically invoiced and charged to the credit/debit card on file.

Free Trials: All free trials will be free until the trial period is over, and then your card will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period. You can cancel your trial at any time on the manage subscription page of your account or by reaching out to support@thepulsespot.com. You can also upgrade to a paid subscription during your trial period. If you decide to upgrade early, you'll be charged immediately as soon as you confirm to upgrade your subscription.

Billing Cycle Credit/Debit Card Billing: All credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment, are automatically charged on the customer's specific billing cycle date.

Annual Subscriptions: All annual subscriptions are billed annually on a 12 month billiing cycle, this includes all add-on products and subscriptions as well, incluidng extra users, extra contacts, extra storage, phone numbers for text messaging, and SMS Credits.

SMS Credits: SMS Credits are charged for each message that is sent and received, this also includes SMS notifications to users. A SMS Credit is equivelent to one segment and a text message can contain more than one segment. An additional SMS Credit will be charged for each MMS message.

Late Fee: All past due accounts may be assessed a late fee. Delinquent Payments: In the event any payment is 15 days past due the account may be disabled until balances are paid in full. When disabled, all access will be suspended and data will be unavailable.


Deactivation: Once an account is delinquent 60 days, it may be cancelled due to non-payment. Once canceled, the customer will not be able to recover any files until the account is current.

Fees Late Fee: Pulse Technology may assess a $30.00 late fee for any payment that is 15 days past due.

Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, Pulse Technology may assess a $50.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

In the event of cancellation, the Pulse Technology website service will end on the last day of the billing cycle. 

Pulse Technology will not prorate any portion of unused Service fees, and amounts due to Pulse Technology must be paid in full.

Payment Methods


Pulse Technology accepts payments via credit/debit card. Pulse Technology currently accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Amerian Express credit/debit cards.

Subscription Billing


Invoices are generated and payments are collected at the beginning of each billing period. Customer billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which the customer purchased the Pulse Technology subscription.

Customers must request to cancel their subscriptions at least 7 days prior to their next billing date in order to avoid being charged on the billing date.

In the event of cancellation, customers will still have access to their applications through the end of their final billing period. Pulse Technology will not prorate any portion of unused subscription services.

All subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Process


Creating a Cancellation request: A request to cancel a Pulse Technology application must be initiated at least 7 days prior to the next invoice date.

At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled.

Resetup Fee
If your account is canceled, there will be a minimum re-setup fee of $200 and we will not be able to restore any of your previous data. This setup fee goes towards reconfiguring your account for census tract mapping and other configurations that need to be done on the backend.

Billing Disputes
Each Pulse Technology customer agrees to provide Pulse Technology 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank.
