With StealthSeminar, you can easily automate your webinars and deliver a high-quality experience to your audience. And when you combine StealthSeminar with Pulse's email marketing feature, you can supercharge your results.
Here are the benefits of using StealthSeminar with Pulse:
Get More Results From Your Webinars
You've put in the work. You've created an amazing webinar that's sure to educate and engage your audience. You've also promoted the event through your email list, social media, and paid ads.
But how do you make sure all that effort leads to results? The answer is a combination of StealthSeminar and targeted email marketing integration with Pulse.
This combination is the perfect tool for following up with webinar registrants and attendees. It allows you to automatically send personalized messages based on whether someone watched the entire webinar, left early, or didn't show up at all. And because it integrates with Pulse's email marketing automation, you can set up triggered campaigns that start running as soon as someone takes action (or doesn't take action).
For example, you can trigger email marketing, text message campaigns, or use decision logic to trigger different campaigns automatically based on how someone responded to your webinar. You can also segment your audience based on their interactions with the webinar and deliver targeted content that leads them down the sales funnel.
- Email Marketing Automation
In this integration, you can automatically send out email reminders to registrants before your webinar starts. This helps to ensure that everyone who signed up for your webinar actually attends. And because the emails are automated, you don't have to worry about forgetting to send them out. This allows you to stay in front of your audience and keep them engaged with your content. - Text Message Marketing Automation
You can also send out text messages to registrants before your webinar starts. This is a great way to remind them of your upcoming webinar and ensure they don't forget to attend.
You can also use text message marketing to follow up with your attendees after the webinar. With Pulse and StealthSeminar integration, you can automatically send out a text message thanking them for attending and include a link to the recording.
- Use Decision Logic to Trigger Different Campaigns
With StealthSeminar and Pulse, you can use decision logic to trigger different campaigns based on events that occur during your webinar.
Here are some examples of how you can use decision logic to trigger campaigns:
Drive to Attend (Email Series) - You can trigger an email series when someone registers for your webinar. This gives you a chance to provide additional information about the topic of the webinar and why it would be beneficial for the person to attend or build anticipation leading up to it. By using these techniques, you can boost the results of your webinar and get more people to attend.
Drive to Replay (Email Series) - You can also use email marketing to trigger an automatic series of emails for people who registered but did not attend your webinar. This way, you can make sure they have all the information they need to catch up on what they missed.
Drive to Sale (Email Series) - You can set up a campaign specifically for people who attended your webinar but did not buy. This campaign can include a series of emails that provide more information about your product or service and are designed to drive them back to your sales page to make a purchase. By using these tools, you can increase the likelihood of converting webinar attendees into paying customers.
Customer Onboarding (Email Series) - You can set up a customer onboarding email series for those who have made a purchase from your webinar. This email series will help introduce them to your product or service and provide valuable information on how to use it. This will help to ensure that they are getting the most out of your product or service and as a result, they'll be more likely to stick with your brand and continue doing business with you in the future.
StealthSeminar allows you to seamlessly run live webinars in a streamlined, hassle-free manner.
How to Connect StealthSeminar to Pulse
To connect StealthSeminar to Pulse, you’ll need to create accounts for both platforms before connecting them. If you're not yet using StealthSeminar, you can sign up for a free trial here.
Once you've connected the two platforms, you'll be able to start using all of the features that I've mentioned in this blog post. And if you're not already using Pulse, you can sign up for a free trial here.
Once you have both accounts set up, you can follow the instructions below to connect them. Here's how to get started:
1. Connect to StealthSeminar Through Pulse's Native Integration Tool
In order to connect StealthSeminar and Pulse, you'll need to:
- Log into your Pulse account
- Go to the "Tools" page and click on "StealthSeminar"
- Copy the "WebHook address"
- Go to your StealthSeminar account and in the top right corner by your profile just click on the arrow down button and go to "Marketing Plugin"
- Scroll down the page to where you see "Stealth Power WebHook" and click the "Connect" button
- Under the "Name" field, you may name it whatever you want, for example, you could name it "Pulse WebHook"
- Under the URL field, paste the WebHook address from Pulse you copied (see Step 3)
- Make sure the button is switched to "Active" and click "Add Custom WebHook"
You have now connected StealthSeminar and Pulse!
Once you've connected them, this will allow you to seamlessly integrate the two platforms and take advantage of all the features and benefits that each has to offer.
2. Configure What Fields You Want Data Mapped to in Pulse
Next, you'll have to configure what fields you want data mapped to in Pulse.
You’ll want to create custom fields for anything that is not already inputted into Pulse. Examples include the names of registrants, phone numbers, webinar event information, and more.
To do this:
- You need to create a custom field
In your Pulse account, go to "CRM" and then click on the "Contact Custom Fields" menu. You can create custom fields for any data you want to capture outside of Pulse's native fields.
You can create custom fields for every single "Webinar Field" that you would want to map to Pulse. Keep in mind that you do not have to set up all of these fields. You can choose to only set up the fields that you want to have information mapped over.
Another thing to keep in mind is that for date-time fields, you need to ensure that the "Type" field is set to "Date/Time" ensuring that the value you enter into this field is correctly mapped to a date-time field within Pulse. This Date/Time field may be used for marketing automation campaigns to trigger emails to go out a certain amount of time "before" or "after" the specified Date/Time.
- Choose what fields you want mapped over to Pulse
Go back to your StealthSeminar account. On your profile, there's a drop-down arrow, just click on that and look for “Marketing Plugins”. Scroll down till you find “Stealth Power Webhook” and you should already have your webhook connected to this. Click on the three dots and click “Sync Fields”. From there you can choose what fields you want to have mapped over to Pulse by checking the boxes.
I would recommend mapping over at least the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, SMS, and Stealth ID (this is the unique identifier for each registrant in StealthSeminar). Once you've chosen the fields you want to be mapped over, click on the "Save and Apply" button.
You've now completed the integration and configuration of StealthSeminar and Pulse! This will ensure that all of the information from your webinar is properly captured and stored in Pulse.
In the next section, I'll show you how to use Pulse's email marketing features to automatically send follow-up emails to webinar registrants and attendees.
Email Marketing With Pulse
One of the best ways to increase the conversion rate of your webinars is to follow up with registrants after they sign up. You can do this manually by sending each registrant a personal email, or you can automate this process using Pulse's email marketing features.
3. Setup Your Tagging for Different Events
Finally, you'll want to set up your tagging for different events. Tags can help segment your webinar registrants and attendees based on how they interacted with your webinar. Tags can also trigger email and text message marketing campaigns.
This is the core of your automation strategy, and I would suggest coming up with a naming convention for your tags that will work for all of your webinars. For example: [Webinar Name] - [Tag Description].
Make sure your StealthSeminar app is connected to Pulse. If not, make sure you watch our video tutorials on how to connect the two. Once you have them connected, then you can add your webhook webinar triggers.
Here is how to do it:
- In your Pulse account, go to the "Tools" tab, select the "StealthSeminar" and then click the "Add Webinar Trigger." Next, you'll see a box where you need to enter the StealthSeminar Webinar Event ID. To get the event ID, just go to your StealthSeminar account, select the webinar you want to track, click "copy to clipboard," and then paste it to the box field on your Pulse account and click "Next."
- Under "Webinar Triggers," you can select which action you want to take place. You can set up different events and triggers to automatically apply tags based on your registrant's interactions with your webinar.
Here are a few tips on how to set up your tags and triggers in Pulse to get the most out of your webinars:
Pro Tip: For each different webinar event, create separate tags
This will help you keep track of who signed up, who attended, who clicked on your CTA, etc.
For example, you can create a tag for when someone registers, when the registrant attends the webinar, if the registrant saw a CTA, if the registrant clicks a CTA, if they missed the webinar, or if they stayed for a certain amount of time.
On the "Webhook" field, click the right "webhook trigger" that corresponds with the action you want to take place, then add the same "tag" and click "Save."
You can also map all of your StealthSeminar webinar fields to your Pulse contact fields here as well.
- Under "Map Field" is where you should collect all of the registrant information that you want to map inside Pulse. You’ll see a list of all fields related to webinar registrant information. You don't have to map all of these fields unless you want all of this information stored in Pulse.
You can also choose to map over other fields, such as the registrant's phone number or SMS number, as well as other information.
You can also add a "Custom Field" if there's something specific you want to track for your webinars. Once you're done adding all the fields you want to map, click on the "Save and Apply" button.
You've now successfully completed the integration and configuration of StealthSeminar and Pulse! This will ensure that all of the information from your webinar is properly captured and stored in Pulse, helping you launch successful webinars!
You can now set up email and text message marketing campaigns to be launched in Pulse once certain events happen in StealthSeminar. You can also have campaigns stopped. For example, you might have someone in a Drive to Register emails series, but as soon as the person registers, this campaign stops, and they are added to a Drive to Attend email series.
You'll want to set up different triggers and separate email campaigns in Pulse for each of your webinars.
StealthSeminar with Pulse Email Marketing Automation
One of the best ways to increase the conversion rate of your webinars is to set up email campaigns and automation triggers in Pulse for separate webinar actions.
Pro Tip: Set up a trigger for each tag
Pulse allows you to set up different tags for different webinar events. You could set up a tag for people who register for your webinar and another tag for people who attend your webinar.
You can use the tags you've set up in Pulse to trigger different email and text message marketing campaigns. This way, you can automate your marketing campaigns based on registrant behavior and you can stay in touch with your registrants and keep them updated on upcoming webinars.
Here are some examples:
- Someone registers:
- STOP Drive to Register Email Series
- START Drive to Attend Email Series
- Registrant Attends the Webinar:
- STOP the Drive to Attend Email Series
- Registrant Did Not Attend the Webinar:
- START a Drive to Attend Replay Email Series
- Registrant Attended but Did Not Make a Purchase:
- START Drive to Attend Replay Email Series
- Registrant Attended but Stayed for Less than 5 Minutes:
- START Drive to Attend Replay Email Series
- Registrant Clicked a CTA but Did Not Make a Purchase:
- START Drive to Sale Email Series
- Registrant Makes a Purcahse:
- START Customer Onboarding Workflow
By setting up your tags and triggers in Pulse, you can boost the results of your webinar by increasing attendance and engagement. You can also make sure that everyone who registers for your webinar will receive the follow-up they need to make a purchase or take action.
By following these simple steps, you can make sure that your webinars are as successful as possible.
